1. Introduction

S F Diagnostics is engaged in the business of providing both online booking and in-centre diagnostic services, including sample collection, test coordination, and report management. We operate through our own diagnostic centre and in collaboration with a network of reputed partner labs, including:

  • Maxlab

  • Agilus Diagnostics

  • Rikh Pathlab

  • Simplycare Diagnostics

  • Immuno Diagnostics

  • Apollo Diagnostics

We offer health packages, pathology, and radiology test bookings via our website, phone, or in-person at our centre. By using our services through any medium, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Services

S F Diagnostics provides diagnostic test booking, sample collection (at-home and at-centre), and report delivery services.
We also act as an aggregator platform by facilitating test bookings with our partner labs through a robust technology backbone.
Please note: We do not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, or advice.

3. Service Fulfilment

Sample collection and basic service management (e.g. appointment coordination, report follow-up) are directly handled by S F Diagnostics Centre for certain tests. For other tests, partner labs will conduct the analysis and report generation.
We strive to maintain a smooth experience across both online and offline touchpoints.

4. Eligibility

Only individuals 18 years or older may use our services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and bookings.

5. Communication Consent

By using our platform or visiting our centre, users agree that S F Diagnostics and its partner labs may contact them via SMS, phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding test updates, reports, or offers. Users can request to opt-out of non-essential communication at any time.

6. Lab Partner Responsibility

While we carefully select labs for quality and certification, S F Diagnostics is not liable for the performance or results provided by third-party labs. All diagnostic analysis and interpretation are the responsibility of the respective lab.

7. Limited Liability

In case of any failure by a partner lab or S F Diagnostics Centre to deliver the promised service (partially or fully), our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the S F Diagnostics website and materials (including text, images, layout, and software) is owned by S F Diagnostics.
Any content submitted by users (e.g. reviews, feedback) may be used by us for service improvement or marketing.

9. User Conduct

Users must not post offensive, misleading, or unlawful content. We expect respectful behaviour toward our team and lab staff. S F Diagnostics reserves the right to refuse service or block users at its sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
