Refund Policy

At S F Diagnostics, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent experience to all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be accepted for services booked through our website, phone, or physical centre.


1. Booking Cancellation

a. Before Sample Collection or Appointment

  • Customers can cancel a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled home collection or lab visit.

  • You can cancel by calling our customer care or replying to your booking confirmation message/email.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

b. After Sample Collection or Appointment

  • Once the sample has been collected or the test has been initiated, no cancellation or refund is allowed, unless:

    • There is a service failure from our side or partner lab.

    • The test was cancelled by the lab due to operational reasons.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Double payment due to technical error

  • Cancellation requested in the eligible time window

  • Test not conducted due to unforeseen issues from our end or partner lab

  • Service not delivered as promised (e.g., missed home collection without notice)


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Customer is not available during home collection after confirming booking

  • Incorrect test selected by the customer

  • Test already completed and report delivered

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, patient preparation issues)


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • For bookings made via cash or UPI on collection, refunds (if any) will be initiated through bank transfer after verification.

6. Policy Updates

S F Diagnostics reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services will indicate your acceptance of the updated policy.
